The production line of "GROUPE GARA CONFECTION" is composed of advanced equipment, computerized and adapted to any kind of fabric. The operators of the sophisticated garment machines receive the already cut fabric and perform the production tasks which are: assembly, finishing and control.

Operators of “GROUPE GARA CONFECTION” are endowed with a great expertise and technical virtuosity, to which is added a continuous training on the new machines and garment technologies. The production line at "GROUPE GARA CONFECTION" is divided into 3 stages, which are:

• The assembly: It is a set of specific techniques of sewing and pressing by hand and machine in order to obtain the final product
• Finishes: Once the coat is manufactured, finishing agents perform treatments to correct any defects or add some details to the product (example: add a button ...). This operation is done manually and / or using machines
• Control: The controllers ensure throughout the production line that the final products comply with both the technical specifications file sent by the customer and the requirements of international quality standards.
